Enclosed are three wpiea of the Airport Project Participation Agreement (APPA) between the City of Kerrville and Coumy of Kerr, as airport sponsor, and the Tezas Department of Transportation, Aviation Division, as your agem for this project. The Agreement includes several parts. Part I describes the participants and the projeU. Part II includes the state's offer of financial assistance for the project. Part III idrnflfies [he obbgations of the sponsor in accepting the financial assistance. In Part N of the Agreement, the Texas Department of Transportation is named as your agent in implementing this project and descdbes what the Department's responsibilities are as your agent. Part V provides the contract recitals. The remaining parts of the Agreement are for signatures exeating the Agreement. The three additional documents contained in the packet are: 1) CaTitication of Airport Fund. This indicates that you have a aeparete fund m which airport revermes are deposited. If you do not have the statutorily required Airport Fund, such a fund must be created within 60 days. Such fiord maybe en account as part of anothv fund, but smut be accounted for in such a mannv that all revenues, expenses, retained earnings, and balances in the account ue discernible from othv types of moneys idrntified in the fund as a who4e.
