This is a continuation -- no, this is an addendum to the Monday, June 22nd meeting, 1998, and we have an item that we had to take care of as far as a Change Order No. 1 for the demolition of the old fail. Mr. Walker, tell us about the change order. MR. WALKER: Basically, it's lust one of taking the credit for allowing them to work in the daytime, which is $3,500, and then charging 56,000 to go ahead and remove the rest of the concrete liner walls, which were not in the original contract, and we weren't sure what we had underneath there. So that nets out to 52,875, and he has not asked for any extra days on it, so that's the summary of the change order. Unless you have some questions. COMMISSIONER LETZ: So move. COMMISSIONER LACKEY: Second. COMMISSIONER OEHLER: I've got a motion made and seconded to approve Change Order No. 1. All in favor? (The motion was carried by unanimous vote.)
