7.12 OVERTIME WORKED
(a)
The Commissioners' Court discourages accrual of
overtime. Over^time may be gr-anted only by the elected
official, based on the needs of the office, and only if
adequate funds ar-e available in the overtime line item in the
depar^tment's budget. Employees ar•e prohibited from working
over-time without specific author-ixation fr-om their^ elected
official.
