Item ~.4 Consider and discuss complaint regarding Westwood
Subdivision. (Eddie Taylor/Commissioner Pct. 2)
Eddie Taylor addressed the Court on the above item. He stated
too many people are moving in on one lot. Mr. Taylor- supplies
water to these people. The Court stated that the water issue
is not a county problem. Charles Wiedenfeld from UGRR
addressed the Court on the water issue. It was then decided
from the Court that this issue needed to be turned over to the
County Rttarney.

This was a discussion about going out for annual contr^act for•
food ser^vices at the .jail facility. Rnything spent over-

addressed in the 1998/99 Budget. County Ruditor, Tommy
Tomlinson is to come back to court on dates to go out for^
bids.

Judge Denson addressed Court and stated that Douglas and Elms
the pr-esent counsel far- the i'.err^ County New Law Enforcement
Center law suit has now withdrawn due to a conflict of
interest. The County is now in the process of obtaining new
counsel.
This agenda item is in recess.

Commissioner Letz addressed Co~.ir•t on the above agenda item.
He stated there would be a meeting at the Ag Bar^n at ~:@@ pm
with the public and land developers and s~_irveyor^s to discuss
the proposed Subdivision Rules and Regulations. He stated
that the verbiage has changed substantially and listed some of
the changes in the proposed Subdivision Rules and Regulations.
It was also discussed that a p~.iblic hear^ing must be held
before final approval.
