On this day the 13th day of April, 1998 upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Court approved by a vote of 3-0-1, with Commissioner Letz
abstaining, declaring items surplus at the Road and Bridge
Department and other Departments of Kerr• County with one
commercial gas clothes dryer to be added to the list.
