Item E.4 Consider- and discuss complaint regarding Westwood
Subdivision. (Eddie Taylor/Commissioner^ F'ct.~)
Eddie Taylor addressed the Cour^t on the above item. He stated
too many people are moving in on one lot. Mr. Taylor supplies
water to these people. The Court stated that the water- issue
is not a county problem. Charles Wiedenfeld from UGRR
addressed the Court on the water- issue. It was then decided
from the Court that this issue needed to be turned over to the
County Rttorney.
