Commissioner^ Letz addressed Court on the above agenda item.
He stated there would be a meeting at the Ag Rarn at 2:00 pm
with the public and land developers and surveyors to discuss
the proposed Subdivision Rules and Regulations. He stated
that the verbiage has changed substantially and listed some of
the changes in the proposed Subdivision R~_iles and Regulations.
It was also disc~_issed that a public hearing must 6e held
before final approval.
