This properly is located in zone "C", not a 100 year flood hazard area as indicated on the flood insurance rate map
community 480419, panel number 0250 B.
Each tract shall be responsible for its own on-site sewage disposal facility. The soil absorption disposal area shall be
located a minimum of 75 feet from the river or any creek, and not within 150 feet of a public fresh water well.

and will be issuetl after satisfactory completion and approval of construction.
