Judge Denson, seconded by Commissioner- Oehler, the Court
unanimously approved by a vote of 5-0-0, the preliminary
replat of Lot 10 in Riverside Park and grant variance to lot
size subject to approval of headwaters and set public hearing
for June 8th, 1998 at 10:00 A. M.
