HEARING RT 10:05.
Pu61ic Hearing was held on Replat of Tract ~E, Wood Trails,
Precinct 4. Betty Wheeler addressed Court and stated that the
Final Plat was not ready to by approved and filed. She was
waiting for a letter from TNRCC for approval of the water
system. She is to come back to Court for Final Rpproval when
letter from TNRCC is received. Public Hearing was held and no
fees will be lost in this process.
