RPPROVAL OF SHERIFF'S DISCRETIONARY USE OF DRUG BUY MONEY
On this day the 27th day of April, 1998 upon motion made by
Commissioner Letz, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the Court
unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, of Sheriff's
discretionary use of drug buy money line item and
discretionar-y expenditure of State grant funds for tobacco law
enforcement.
