Consider and discuss Flat Rock Lake Pazk.
For the past three yeazs the Commissioners Court has been
working on obtaining funding for the Flat Rock Lake Park. We
received a $200,000 grant from LCRA and were trying to acquire
additional funds through a TPWD grant. This past summer we
were advised that we would not receive the TPWD grant. The
current status is to utilize the LCRA funds and begin construction
of pazk facilities this spring. We need to develop and approve a
new pazk plan. Walter Heazd, with Crroves and Associates in San
Antonio, will be at Commissioners Court and have a revised park
plan for our review.
