Consider and discuss communications.
I believe the Commissioners' Court should discuss how
information and communication should be handled by the court.
The County Judge is the focal point of the Commissioners' Court
and much of the communication to the Commissioners Court
comes through the County Judge. I believe it would be helpful to
discuss how and what information should be distributed. Other
subjects we may want to discuss is placing items on the agenda,
keeping each other current as to what we are individually working
on that may affect us all, and other related topics.
