unanimously approved by a vote of 3-0-0, to amend Court Order
Number 25740, to delete Solid Waste from that Order and
to approve the minutes for the Special Session on
January 1, 1999, Regular Session on Jan~_iary 11, 1999,
Special Session on Jan~_iary 25, 1999, and Special Session
on January 29, 1999.
