Enforcement Officer holds workshops with the Ken County Commissioners' Court and the Kerr County Attorney regarding solid waste. 2. Enforcement Officer conducts surveillance of existing dump sites to apprehend and prosecute violators. 3. Enforcement Officer will patrol Kerr County to identify new dumping locations or littering violators. 4. Enforcement Officer will prepare educational information and present programs at schools, civic clubs, and prepare and release information to news media. 5. Enforcement Officer will educate Kerr County Law Enforcement Officers to provide additional manpower for solid waste violation identification. 6. Enforcement Officer will follow up on notices and request that the Ken County Attorney file charges in instances where property owners refuse to comply. 7. Enforcement Officer will conduct safety inspections of wastehauling equipment operating in Ken County. Part-Time Code Enforcement Officer for Kerr County Solid Waste. Must be Certified Peace Officer willing to work between 12 & 16 hrs. per week. Must be able to deal tactfully with the public. This position also requires Community Educational Programs.
