Box 12068 Austin, Texas 78711 Re: County Road System Resolution Capital Murder Trial Resolution Dear Senator Wentworth: Enclosed are copies of the Resolutions adopted by Ken County to show our support of legislation to provide funds for these crucial issues. The County Road System Resolution requests the State Legislature allocate a portion of the motor fuel tax to offset the ever increasing costs of maintaining County Roads. The Capital Murder Trial Resolution requests that the State Legislature provide assistance to limit courny liability for capital murder trials. Large, extended murder trials can devastate a county budget. Your cooperation in supporting the legislation is greatly appreciated. sincerely yours, ti~ Fred Henneke Ken County Judge FLH/ts
