APPROVAL OF SETTLEMENT WITH THE
CREDIT BUREAU
On this the 8th day of February 1999, ~_ipon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Williams, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 3-0-0, settling
with Kerr County Credit BI_ireau on the basis of permitting the
Credit Bureal_i to retain the 51,463.65 in its possession
and require the Credit Bureau waive all claims to the
5231 which they have asser-ted a claim against and
further waive any and all claims to any future monies which
they may collect as a r•esl_ilt of their pr-eviol_is activities. The
Credit B~_ir^eau is no longer authorized to do collection
activities on behalf of !{err• Co~_inty.
Civil Col_inty Attorney Thomas Pollard was authorized to draw
up the appropriate papers.
