Kerr County does not have a surveyed plat of the entire Flat Rock
Lake Park. The concept plans done to date were hand drawings
based on approximate boundaries. I believe we aze at the point
where we need a surveyed plat that is in dwg format so we can
develop a precise park plan that can be readily modified and
revised on a computer. I visited with the County Surveyor and he
estimated the cost to do the survey and prepare the plat would not
exceed $1,000.00.
