This Commissioners' Court will hold an Emergency meeting at 1:30 P.M., Tuesday,
March 2, 1999, at the Ken County Courthouse in the Commissioners' Courtroom due to an
urgent public necessity.

all citizens the opportunity to speak, the Judge may impose a three (3) minute limitation on any person
addressing the court.
