Judge to sign the plat at such time as all other signatures
required on said plat are obtained.

I am delivering to you copies of the final plat for the above referenced proposed subdivision. This 2 -lot
subdivision is within the ETJ of the City of Kemille and has been reviewed and approved by Planning and Zoning,
City Council and staff.
Mr. Shirley, owner of the property would like to present this plat to Commissioners Court for fmal approval on
March 8, 1999 (unless you feel it qualifies as a "minor" plat in which case only you and the commissioner approve
the plat). If you and the commissioner (I think this is in precinct 4) would like to visit the site prior to the meeting
date call me and I will be glad to meet with you.
