By instruments ("Instruments" which reference shall be to and
include the rights-of-way purported to be described in such
Instruments but as to the instrument recorded in Volume 2, Page
913, Easement Records, Kerr County, Texas, such reference and this
Modification shall include, be a reference to and cover only First
Tract therein set forth) of record in Volume 2, Page 413, Volume
2, Page 419, and Volume 11, Page 230, Easement Records, Kerr
County, Texas, and of record in Plat ("Plat") recorded in Volume
6, Page 387, Plat Records, Kerr County, Texas, Cade Loop Road has
been dedicated and established as a County Road, and in order to
clearly establish the boundaries of Cade Loop Road and without
releasing the dedication of Cade Loop Road, the undersigned does
hereby confirm, declare and establish that Cade Loop Road is and
shall be as described in the Plat with boundaries as set forth in
the-Plat and all of the Instruments are hereby modified to provide
that Cade Loop Road is and shall be as described in the Plat with
boundaries as set forth in the Plat.
FURTHER, the undersigned Owner, in consideration of the
premises and the-sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and
valuable consideration, and in order to clearly set forth the
location and boundaries of Cade Loop Road for all parties who use
such road and/or acquire land relating to such road who are and
will rely upon this release when acquiring the land, has this day
and does by these presents RELEASE, TERMINATE and RELINQUISH the
portions of the rights-of-way described in the Instruments which
are not within the right-of-way for Cade Loop Road set forth on
the Plat. i
