Our current copier is 5'~ years old. It is no longer keeping up
with our needs:
1 Our frequent document-feeder use is now requiring numerous
service calls to keep it in adjustment.
2 We are copying more and more forms in sets of more than 10,
and our current copier will only copy ~ to l0.
3 We now regularly copy 2-sided documents which are multi-page,
and our current copier will not perform this function at all.
Explanation of expenditure for remainder of year with new copier
which wouldn't arrive until end of March:
