REQUESTING PERIODIC FACE-TO-FACE REPORTS
TO COMMISSIONERS' COURT ON PROGRAM STATUS
On this the 8th day of March 1'399, upon motion made by,
Commissioner Griffin, seconded by Commissoner Let z, the Court
unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, having the County
Judge, on behalf of the Commissioners' Court, send a letter to
9-1-1 Hoard requesting monthly face-to-face reports on program
status.

At the present time the Commissioners' Court has little visibility into the implementation
and operation of the 911 system. To enhance that visibility the court could require that
the 911 program status be presented to the court on a monthly basis during the court's
Special Meeting.
The proposal will be for the County Judge to sign a letter to the 911 Board to request
these presentations to begin at the Special Meeting schedule for March 22, 1999.
