The computer hardware and software currently in use by the reporter for
r"` Commissioners' Court, is 2"d generation (about 1984) PC technology. It is very slow
and inefficient and is not Y2K compliant.
The Court needs to address this issue by considering the purchase of a new system.
Funding would come from Commissioners' Court capital outlay.
