Commissioners' Cour^t van to the Sheriff's Depar^tment, and also
tr^ansfer^r^ing the funds which are curr^ently budgeted for^
maintenance of that van fr^om the Commissioner^s' Cour^t to the
Sher^iff's Depar^tment maintenance budget:

County Van - 1993 -approximately 70 thousand miles.
Commissioners' Court budgeted $1,000 for maintenance and
repairs
As of April 1, 1999 we have spent $117.70
We budgeted $500 for Van Insurance, this has not been used.
The van was used during the week by the Sheriff's Department as
a transport vehicle and on the weekends by the Community
Service people. Community Service has gotten their own van and
the only people using the van at this time is the Sheriff's
Department.
