The Commissioners' Court needs to determine the procedures to be used to complete this study. I have asked Bazbaza Nemec to report to the Commissioner Court various options concerning hiring a consultant to assist with this process. Larry and I have discussed this and we view this as an "audit" of our current structure and not a system overhaul. Larry is also reviewing the State Personnel Structure to see if we can incorporate a portion of their system into our program. Jonathan Letz
