See Agenda Request Rules Adopted by Commissioners' Court. 5:00 P.M. previous Tuesday. u. Apri16, 1999 I believe it would be worthwhile to form atask-force between Kerr County and the City of Kerrville to specifically review, coordinate and plan for long term infrastructure needs that affect both entities. The initial topics would include items such as the need for a county master road plan; cooperation on infrastructure projects such as golf course renovations, sewer extension projects and possible joint facility projects. This task-force would only handle topic not covered by other boazds such as L~brary Boazd, Airport Boazd, etc. I have visited with several members of City of Kerrville City Council and city staff and they aze open to considering this proposal. I recommend to Commissioners' Court appoint 2 Commissioners and the County Engineer and we propose 2 City Council persons and a member of city staff to be on this task-force. Jonathan Letz
