Getting the .job descriptions cor•r•ec+, first. Giving '0 days, then either talk about hieing a consultant to go thr•o~..igh the salary portion, or• do it internally. Having Bar•bar•a looking into the various options, from a financial standpoint and getting information that is good and reliable. Maybe including members of the public in the process at some point. All this needed and ready by budget time. It was stated that there i.s no money in the budget to do this. With that came the suggestion +,hat there ar•e tons of data on-line to do comparisons.
