Mr. Walker was to come up with a few names, stated he did not
have eno+.tgh time... simply tried to see if they were available
and interested. It was br•o+aght +.tp that then^e was a need to
define what the pet•son is going to do. !-#ave someone on-site
daily, representative of the Commissioner•s° Co+.tr-t in decision
making. Change or•der•s wo~.tld come befnr•e the f+.tll Co+.tr•t to be
approved. This person wo+.rld be a q~.tality contr•al person.
Getting an engineer- type, coming +ap with some names by the
5th J<zn~.tar•y meeting. In addition there was concern as to
holding prices for• 3@ days (from Dec. 14th, 98> as not to run
into problems if we lag nn. Yes to the 3~ days, not obligated
beyond...Mr•. Walker saying that they have no abjection to
extending beyond the ~0 days, thei.r• bi.d.

him know the sit~.tation with the parking areas. Letter- would
also be sent to the Downtown B~.tsiness Association and the
hospital. asking for- cir•c+.tl.ation.
