of the HCYEC. Laurinda Boyd has been providing us with recommendations and
historical dates regarding the use of this facility.
Before we can develop the fee schedule and operating procedures, we need some direction
from the Commissioners' Court regarding the following:
1. What types organizations should get free or reduced rates,
2. What aze the "categories" of organization, i.e.:
