MEETINGS ACT. (TITLE 5, CHAPTER 551, GOVERNMENT CODE AND
TITLE 5, CHAPTER 552, GOVERNMENT CODE.)
This Commissioners' Court will hold a meeting at 9:00 A.M., Monday, May
10, 1999, at the Ken County Courthouse in the Commissioners' Courtroom.

LISTED on the regular agenda, please fill out request form for consideration
during discussion on that specific item. In order to expedite the flow of business
and to provide all citizens the opportunity to speak, the Judge may impose a
three (3) minute limitation on any person addressing the court.

Road, Article S.OSA, of the Kerr County Subdivision Rules and
Regulations as provided by Article 3.03 of the same regulations.

several platted but undeveloped roads and one road easement in

2.3 Consider and discuss purchasing a chair instead of a work

2.4 Consider and discuss processing and payment of Indigent Health
Caze claims. (Auditor)
2.5 Consider and discuss up graded job descriptions to coincide with
the court approved plan for the Maintenance and Facilities Use
