RE: Shadow Ridge Estates
Attached is the plat of Shadow Ridge Estates. When the previous Court declazed an emergency
last yeaz we patched the longer street shown on the plat as Ridge Crest.
After you asked for an estimate on the cost of patching material I drove the area and found the
following:

1) The only road shown on the plat that is county maintained is Vallee North.
The green highlight indicates where the pavement and our maintenance ends.
2) The road highlighted in pink shown as Vallee Verde Northwest has been renamed
Wild Cherry and extends past the cul-de-sac into another subdivision. Even though
Wild Cherry appeazs on our working list, we have not maintained this road since I
have been here, or since the Unit Road System began (1987).
3) My estimate of $1,641.00 covers:
A) Cold mix patching of Shadow Ridge, Ridge Hollow and Wild Cheny (171 ft.
plus 40' radius).
B) Base only on the portion of VaIIeI Verde North not presently paved.
You also requested a drainage ditch on the north side of Valley Verde Northwest (Wild Cherry)
which would require man hours, but no additional material expense unless we hit a water line.

unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to declare an
