Box 266 Hunt, TX 78024 Dear Mr. Blommers, 1 am pleased to provide the following information regarding Rustic Hills Road from the intersection with Rockhouse Road to the north end of the public right of way near your property (approximately 0.4 miles). I will ask the Kerr County Commissioners Court to consider and approve the necessary action to bring this section of road to county specifications and to maintain the road thereafter in accordance with the county's maintenance program if and when the affected landowners agree to the followino conditions: 1. The landowners must agree to deposit with the Kerr County Treasurer the amount of $19,800 (Nineteen Thousand Eight Hundred and 00/100 Dollars). These funds represent the total fixed amount to be provided by the landowners to bring the road segment to county standards. The funds will be held in a special account by the Treasurer until expended by the county on this project. 2. If any adjustments to the current right of way and/or easement are required to meet county standards or existing law regarding public roads, the affected landowners must agree to such adjustments before construction of the road can begin. After the Commissioners Court has accepted this proposal, the Road & Bridge Department will verify by survey the location of applicable road right of way and/or easement in accordance with recorded plats and deeds and construct this section of roadway to meet or exceed the specifications of the present paved roads in the Rustic Hills Subdivision.
