be aiathor-ized to sign a letter from F:er•r• County asking
Senator Gramm and other- I{er^r^ County Congressional
r^e present atives to initiate an Amendment permitting
pr^ayer^ and the Noly Bible to be freely used in all public
schools across the entire United States of Amer^ica,
the language of which letter is to be approved 6y
the Commissioners pr'ior' to its being signed and sent.
