On this the c4th day of May 1999, upon motion made by
Commissioner C,r^iffin, seconded by Commissioner Lets, the
Court unanimo~_isly approved by a vote of 4-2-0, declaring that
affected per's on s, for the purposes of the Application for
Neighborhood Road filed by the River^ Bend Owner^s'
Rssociation, includes all people owning property within NF-RB,
Sections 2, ~, and 4, plus the landowner's of the ar^eas when^e
the roads would r^un, and setting the time for appear^ances by
any affected persons wishing to oppose the Application for
the Regular Commissioners' Court Meeting, 12 ,I~_ily 1999 at
