Ingram Lake will be once again full of boaters, this will include fisherman, skiers and jet skis. Every year we have had several boat accidents on Ingram Lake. In orderfor myself and Warden Chapa to try to keep the water safe, we must enforce the water safety laws. Years ago Kerr County commissioners passed a no wake law up the river from Ingram Lake which we believe is necessary for safe boating. In order for us to enforce this law the no wake buoys have to be replaced in two places on the river. Both no wake buoys that the county had purchased years ago have been destroyed or taken elsewhere by flood waters. We hope that the county commissioners will act on the problem as soon as possible in order for us to enforce this law that is so needed ~? Thankyou, ;' j ~ ' - " - Y G~- ~~~ Stephen Backor Game Warden Kerr County
