These vacancies will be filled on September 1, 1999, for a term of two years by the Executive Director of the Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission (TNRCC). The Executive Director, TNRCC, will be provided nominees to fill each of the positions. The nominees may include any of the present members whose terms are expiring that wish to serve another term on the committee. The committee was created to provide recommendations to the Executive Director of the TNRCC regarding (1) activities of benefit to water right holders regarding the administration and distribution of water to holders of water rights; (2) review and comment on the annual budget of the Watermaster operations; and (3) other duties as may be requested by the Executive Director with regard to Watermaster operations or as requested by holders of water rights in the water division.
