This subdivision is that certain tract or parcel of land, lying and being situated in the County of
Kerr; State of Texas; comprising a total of 103.5 acres, more or Icss; being approximately 75
acres out of Kendall County School Lc;ague No. 2, Abstract No. 219; and approximately 28.5
acres out of Kendall County School League No. 1, Abstract No. 216; being all of that 103.50
acre tract which was conveyed from Farm Credit Bank of Texas, to John C. Brannon, by deed
of record in Volume 833, at page 371, of the Real Property Records of Kerr County, Texas,
which is part of that 1722.85 acre tract which was conveyed from Alme Frank Real, et. ux., to
