THIS NOTICE IS POSTED PURSUANT TO THE TEXAS OPEN
MEETINGS ACT. (TITLE 5, CHAPTER 551, GOVERNMENT CODE AND
TITLE 5, CHAPTER 552, GOVERNMENT CODE.)
This Commissioners' Court will hold a meeting at 9:00 A.M., Monday,
August 9, 1999, at the Kerr County Courthouse in the Commissioners' Courtroom.

and to provide all citizens the opportunity to speak, the Judge may impose a
three (3) minute limitation on any person addressing the court.

2.2 Consider and discuss increasing Law Library Fee from $20.00
up to $35.00 pursuant to House Bill 1477 which amends Local
Govenunent Code 323.023(a) to be effective September 1,

2.3 Consider and discuss applicants' appeal rights, processes, and
procedures on water and wastewater issues. (Commissioner Pct.

2.4 Consider and discuss request from property owners in Staacke
Ranch Subdivision for Kerr County to accept maintenance of
Bear Creek Road (Staacke Ranch. Road). (Commissioner Pct.

2.5 Consider and discuss the County Attorney's opinion on "Repairs
to private roads" (Ref: Memorandum from County Attorney,

2.6 Consider and discuss recent fmdings of the TxDOT county road

waste disposal in Kerr County and providing civil and criminal

2.13 Consider and discuss approving service contract between Kerr
County and Community Supervision and Correction Department
and authorize the County Judge to sign same. (County Judge)
2.14 Consider and discuss changing the date for the December, 1999
Special Meeting (the second meeting) of Commissioners' Court.
