Assessor/Collector' be authorized to extend an of`f'er' of
employment to one individ~_ial in the Motor' Vehicle Registration
Department at a is/4 level, and another individ~_ia1 at is/c
level, based upon the experience tne~se individ~_ials have in the
uni.q~_~e work of that department.
