SUBMITTED BY COMMISSIONER WILLIAMS AND AL DONABAUER
Consider and discuss:
1. A one-time Kerr County $5,000 funding for the Courthouse Square Holiday Lighting
Project to assist in purchase and installation of new permanent lighting scheme for
courthouse and grounds;
2. Continue Kerr County's in-kind participation as per previous four years;
3. Submit a grant application to LCRA for assistance in funding the lighting scheme for
the courthouse building this year (1999) and reconstructed annex to be completed in
2000. The $5,000 funding would be our participation to satisfy LCRA requirement
for grants. Payment to be made to Kerrville Convention and Visitors Bureau
Courthouse Lighting Project upon execution of an appropriate agreement with KCVB
Funding to come from Commissioners' Court Line Item 10-401-571 (Contingency Fund)
$2,000 and 10-401-486 (Professional Services) $3,000.
