Memorandum of Understanding
Between
Kerr County Judge
and
Hill Country Council on Alcohol and Drug Abuse, Inc.
The County of Kerr and the Hill Country Council on Alcohol and Drug Abuse, Inc. are
entering into this agreement with the purposes of delivering Youth Primary
Prevention/Intervention and further comprehensive services to include Adult Intervention
Services commencing September 1, 1999.
This memorandum serves as a working agreement in which:
Kerr Countx.Judg_e agrees to:
• Refer youth and adults for prevention and intervention services
• Refer youth for prevention education
• Refer youth and families for prevention presentations
Hill Country Council on Alcohol and Drug Abuse, Inc. agrees to:
• Identify appropriate clients for youth and adult prevention and intervention services
• Identify appropriate clients for educational programs
• Assess/Evaluate and/or screen clients through appropriate Council Core Services
• Provide appropriate referrals and follow ups to provide a continuum of care
