5:00 P.M. previous Tuesday.
Currently the computer network for the Law Enforcement Management System (LEMS)
in the Sheriffs Department is not Y2K compliant. The network server, the server
software, the LEMS software, and the workstations networked to the server all require
some upgrading.
An approach to bring the system to Y2K compatibility before the end of the calendar
year will be presented along with the effects on the FY2000 budget.
