Pursuant to Section 111.007, Local Government Code, notice is hereby given that
the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas has filed the proposed operating budget
of Ken County, Texas for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 1999. A Public Heazing
date to be held on the proposed operating budget for Kerr County for the fiscal yeaz
October 1, 1999 through September 30, 2000, pursuant to Section 111.007 Local
Govemment Code, to be held on September 21, 1999 at 1:30 P.M. in the County
Courtroom of the Ken County Courthouse, Kerrville, Texas. A copy of the budget is
available for inspection at the office of the Ken County Clerk, at the Kerr County
Courthouse during normal business hours.
