commitment, knowledge and expertise we believe we offer to the insurance needs of
Public Entities.
As we discussed, we aze very interested in acting as Broker of Record~Consultant for
Kett Cotmry's property and casualty insurance proms am. ~+s your broker consultant we
would provide the followi:rg services:
• Assist Ken County in the completior. of ail applications, reports and historical
analysis relative to the mazketing effort includtng specifications, loss analysis and
forecasts. etc.
• Identify q',talified insurance tamers and solicit proposals from those firms for
renewals as expiring or new policies :u directed.
• Conduct policy placement, renewal negotiations, and bind coverage and renewals as
directed by the county, obtainin; policy binders/covers, policies an3 endorsement,
etc.
• Review new and existing insurance coverage fcr completeness and accuracy,
including policy ezdorsemerts and amendments. Monitor these policies throughout
the policy term.
• Review ar..d monaer Kea County's claims handling, loss control procedures, claims
activin~ end insurance reserves.
• Provide recommendations on the existing ina~rrance and serf-insurance programs.

• Communicate any' changing marktt conditions or trends, industn' speci{c
information, legislative eeyelopments, innovative strategies aad ideas, nee' products,
and other informatton relevant to Kerr County's insurance and self-:nsa*ance
programs.
For these services, we would propose to be compensated on a commission basis by the
insurance wrier that Kerr County elects for its insurance coverage. We will provide
Kerr County with a detailed s•,rmmarv of all commissions received on your account.
