PUBLIC NOTICE
Pursuant to Section 232.007 of the Texas Local Government Code, the Commissioners'
Court of Kerr County, Texas will consider a proposed order establishing minimum
infrastructure standards for manufactured home rental communities in the county outside
the city limits of a municipality. A public hearing has been set for 10:00 A.M. on October
12, 1999 in the Commissioners' Court Courtroom, Kerr County Courthouse, 700 Main,
Kerrville, Texas; any citizen wishing to testify regarding this proposed order is invited to
attend this hearing.
