T. Sandlin would like to address the court on some technical issues in assigning
numbers along some of the highways exiting the City of Kerrville. These problems
primarily relate to previous erroneous block assignments by the city. The concern is
that if the city does not adopt the current guidelines and later adopts some other
numbering system, duplications andlor discontinuities will occur. T. will be asking for
our ideas and help in dealing with the city.
