Mr. Hall has expressed his desire to continue serving in his current capacity as a member of the District's Board of Managers. Mr. Hall has served the District and the County aptly and admirably the past four years. With the Court's permission, I recommend Mr. Hall's appointment to the Board of Managers lie renewed for a successive two year term. With regards to Ms. Gloria Anderson's position on the Board of Managers, it is my understanding that she has moved permanently to Denton, TX. Upon conclusion of the last Board meeting Ms. Anderson attended, this past July, she indicated to Chairman Teer and I that she was moving out of Ken- County and that the just concluded meeting was probably the last she would attend. However, I have received no official notification from anyone regarding her status as a Board member. Sincerely, ~a,~.~ W.T. Sandlin, Jr. Executive Director
