CONSIDER AND DISCUSS PAYROLL SUPPLEMENT ADJUSTMENT FROM
PCT. I CONSTABLE BUDGET FOR PCT. 1 J.P. SECRETARY.
Budget approval for payroll supplement to Pct. I J.P. Secretary amounted to
$900.00 minus FICA & Retirement. Only $439.00 was allocated on 99'/2000
Budget as a payroll supplement.
This payroll supplement was approved from the Pct. 1 Constable to the Pct. 1 J.P.
Secretary as a supplement without regard to grade/step schedule. The approved
budget of $900.00 minus $68.85 (FICA) & $70.56 (Retirement) amounts to
$760.59 rather than $439.00.
Request is to clarify payroll supplement to reflect full amount of $900 (including
FICA and Retirement) not apay/grade increase.
