The Owner/Developer of the referenced project, DehW t:teowelge, has employed this firm m

Using the existing contour map prepared with the original plat by Halleaberger Engioeerhtg, we
have determined that the replat of lots 33, 34, 100, 101, 121, end 122 will pfvide 12 additional lots
k>ctrtad u an elevation adequately below the present ground storage tank to roxive wsur presstu~a which
meets TNRCC criteria. Lot 1 I9 reeler will have three lots which also meet pressure criteria, and three
lots which need increased pressure. Lots 116, 117, and 118 replat will have 15 additional bts, all of
which will need additional prossure.
We are prosently designing as expansion to the exiatirtg erasure system (son-gravity flow) that
will moat or exceed TNRCC criteria for the 18 ktti nxding arhancemenL
Our design will be submitted through Mr. David Laughlin, P.S., at tha Plan Review section of
TNRCC in Austin for approval. in the meantime, if you need any further information dealing with the

This letter is in response to your request for additional information concerning the above referenced
water system. At the time of the last survey, conducted April 17, 1998, the Falling Water System
had surplus total etotagecapacity to 1terVe an additional 292 connections and etlrpluawell production
to serve an additiotud 245 connections. However, only 315 gallons ofptcssttre atotago end 60 GPM
ofservicepumpcapacityweroprovided. Thepressturostorageandservicepumpcapaoityiaintended
to serve the few connections on top of the hill that are not gravity flow pressure. If the additional
40 connections are gravity flow only, the existing fhcilities are adequate.
